We offer computer numerically controlled milling and machining services most commonly for the following three applications:

» Prototyping to test design work. We machine product from solid blocks of plastic or steel to check form fit and function prior to making production tooling.

» Pilot run production. For production runs of under 100 units, we will often machine the parts one at a time to eliminate the need for tooling costs.

» Secondary operations. Typically for castings with specific dynamic balancing, threading, or complex radius requirements which cannot be achieved through molding alone.
